Jim & Tracy Kaiser – Owner

Tracy is originally from White Oak and I am from Mt. Airy (west side of Cincinnati). We met each other our junior year of high school. Tracy went to Colerain High School – class of 81 and I went to La Salle High School – class of 81. We were married in 1984. After living in Colerain Township for seven years, we moved to Liberty Township in 1992. We have four wonderful children. Ashley was born in 1988, Abby was born in 1990, Alex was born in 1991 and Andrew was born in 1995. All four of our children attend or attended Lakota schools. Over the years, Tracy has done much volunteer work with the schools.

Early on, I earned my degree in Business Management. I worked for a large corporation for 21 years and have been working for a small company the past couple of years. Tracy and I both love children and saw that there was a great need for childcare and education in the Northern Kentucky community. Our desire is to offer the families of the Northern Kentucky community a state-of-the-art facility and a caring and educated staff that will work with them to build a solid foundation for our children.

Laura Dullaghan – Director

Hi, my name is Laura Dullaghan. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health/Human Services in the fall of 2004 from Northern Kentucky University. I also obtained my Associates Degree in Human Services while pursuing my Bachelor’s degree.  On June 1, 2011 I had my daughter, Olivia.  She is such a blessing to have around!

Soon after graduation from NKU I purchased a house in Covington, Kentucky. In my spare time I enjoy decorating my house and also spending quality time with my family and friends as well as reading and anything outdoors.

I have worked with children for over ten years, and luckily have been able to experience the teaching aspect in every age group as well as management. I have always enjoyed being around and working with children as they grow. It is such an accomplishment to know that my teachers and I are here to foster a safe, loving, and learning atmosphere for any child that walks through the doors of All About Kids.

Mary Beth Staude – Front Desk Assistant

Hello! My name is Mary Beth Staude and I have lived in the Northern Kentucky area almost all of my life. Being the oldest child, I have been around children since the age of four. In May of 2004, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Northern Kentucky University. In 2005, I began working at a local childcare center with toddlers, and became absolutely amazed at how much information young children retain. I have been working in early childcare ever since! I love how affectionate young ones are, and watching the light bulb flicker when they understand what is being taught to them.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family (when we are all together that is!), reading, bowling, going to the movies, going out with friends, being adventurous, watching UK basketball, and cheering for the Bengals!

I look forward to learning more about your child and watching them grow into young adults. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

Kaylah Siemer – Room 3 Infant/Toddler Teacher

Hello!  My name is Kaylah Siemer.  I am a 2011 graduate of Ryle High School.  I was born and raised in the country & LOVE my cowboy boots!  I also love four wheeling, boating, camping, firefighting and anything that consists of getting muddy!  My family calls me the “Camo Princess” because I own a lot of items that are camouflage!

I am currently taking classes at the Alexandria fire house to become an EMT.  I am also a Junior Firefighter at the Union fire house.  My goal is to take fire recruit classes in the Spring and become a Firefighter/Paramedic.

My family means everything to me.  My father, John, runs a plastic factory in Latonia.  My mother, Angie, works for St. Elizabeth in Edgewood.  My siblings are all named after characters from the show “Days of Our Lives.”   My older brother, Eric, works at the Alexandria Fire House as a Firefighter/Paramedic.  His life revolves around his son, Kellen who was born in 2009 and is obsessed with the movie “Cars.”  My older sister Jessica passed away three years ago, leaving her daughter Jaycee in our care.  My youngest brother Robby attends Ryle High School.

I wanted to work for AAK to better myself with children so that later in my career I know how to take better care of them.  When I go into a fire to rescue a child, I want to know what won’t scare them.  I love children!

If you have any questions, please let me know!

Thank You,

Miss Kaylah

Jacquie Chambers – Room 4 Toddler Teacher

My name is Jacquelyn Marie Chambers! I was born in 1987.   I grew up east of Cincinnati in a small town called Williamsburg. I was the captain of our volleyball team and cheerleading squad during my senior year. The school district was so small, as it continues today, that my final graduating class was only a class of 40!

I currently live with my parents and older sibling, Brittany, here in Union. Brittany is studying to be a Registered Nurse; I am very proud of her accomplishments thus far. My mother is an art teacher at a school located in Clermont County. My father is the Vice President of Facilities at St. Elizabeth Hospital. They are the best family that anyone could ask for! I also have another love in my life; his name is Andrew Oliver Miller! Andrew is 24 years old and we’ve been together for the last five years. I love him dearly and believe he is “The One!” He is an ornery, witty, handsome, prudent, ethical, responsible, driven, empathetic, artistic and intelligent tax accountant for a nationwide staffing company headquartered in downtown Cincinnati.

The reason I chose to work in childcare is the fact that children bring a smile to my face; not to mention I have a lot of energy to share! The job of watching one-year-olds makes me feel like Superwoman! A day spent at All About Kids is never ordinary. This job is challenging and rewarding at the same time. I would have to say that the best part of my day is arriving at work and receiving the greeting of a lifetime – all of my “kids” screaming “HEY” or “HI” and you honestly cannot beat that!

Thanks,
Miss Jacquie
