For Kindergartners we like to keep the curriculum fun and entertaining. These children go to school half of the day, so we want their time at All About Kids to be educational but not too structured. These children need time to play either before they go to school or after. To much structure will make them unable to focus while they are in the classroom.
That is why, just as in the preschool classrooms, this classroom will be set up with centers that will allow children to play and learn all at the same time. Also, on days when they are not in school, they will work with the teacher to come up with activities and field trips they would like to go on.
